Agitation Resources builds new agitation systems and works on equipment that is already installed. That covers new assemblies, retrofits, rebuilds and replacement components.
We machine impellers and shafts, fabricate skid mounted systems, and take on the parts that are hard to source for older equipment. Send us what you have. Drawings, measurements, photos and nameplate data all give us somewhere to start.
Industrial Mixer Services We Offer
- Custom Fabrication: Built to specification agitation assemblies and skid mounted mixing systems with complete drive components, supports, and integration ready connections for your process.
- Equipment Retrofits: Upgrade older mixers and drive systems with revised impeller designs, seals, and mechanical components selected for the current duty.
- Rebuilds & Repairs:Teardown, inspection, machining and reassembly in our own facility. We identify the worn components and quote the work the unit needs for the agreed duty.
- Aftermarket Parts: Replacement impellers and shafts machined in house, with seals, bearings and drive components selected and supplied for your equipment, including older units with hard-to-source parts.
- Engineering Support:Technical guidance throughout your project, including process evaluation, modeling, mixer sizing, equipment recommendations, and on site review where the project calls for it.
- Gearmotor and Drive Replacement
- Installation and Removal: Removal of the existing mixer and installation of the replacement, with the equipment and field work quoted together.
