Why Request a Quote From Us?
Send us the tank dimensions, product information and mixing objective. We will review the application and send a proposal.
What you can expect:
Sizing
We size the unit against your tank dimensions, product properties and duty cycle. If a catalog unit fits your application, we say so and quote it.
Engineering
Design and fabrication happen under one roof in Upstate South Carolina. The person who specifies your mixer can walk out to the floor where it gets built.
Inspection and Operating Limits
We inspect assemblies before shipment. We also identify the operating conditions the mixer was designed for.
Support
Our sales engineers stay on the project from the first call through installation. Questions during startup go to the people who specified the unit.
Information We’ll Need From You
- Company Information – Your name, company, and contact details
- Industry/Application – Food, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, etc.
- Tank Information – Size, shape, and whether it’s atmospheric or pressurized
- Process Requirements – Mixing goals, viscosity, temperature, and batch size
- Equipment Needs – Tell us whether you need a new mixer, replacement parts, a repair or a retrofit.
- Timeline & Budget – When you need the equipment and any budget guidelines
The more details you provide, the faster and more precise we can prepare your proposal.
Where available, include the working liquid level, specific gravity and viscosity at operating temperature, solids loading or settling behavior, and any information on how the product changes under shear. For existing equipment, add motor and reducer nameplate photos, shaft and impeller dimensions, batch records and a description of the mixing problem. You can include these details in the notes and file upload above.
