ASM Group
Our ASM Group includes a range of heavy-duty, non-atmospheric agitators designed for sealed or pressurized mixing applications. These units share the same core design as the AHM Group but are specifically configured for systems requiring vacuum or pressure containment. Each mixer is built for demanding process environments, combining reliability, performance, and mechanical integrity.
Vessel Sealing
Based on process requirements, Agitation Resources offers three primary sealing options for the ASM Group:
Lip seals for low-pressure applications.
Split mechanical seals or stuffing boxes for moderate pressure or vacuum.
Single or double cartridge mechanical seals for high-pressure or full-vacuum applications.
All seals are supplied by trusted manufacturers and selected to match process conditions. Mechanical seal materials are chosen for compatibility with service requirements, and ARI accommodates customer preferences for specific seal brands whenever possible. Each mixer is pedestal-mounted to provide adequate clearance for service, inspection, and seal replacement.
